Salad Bar

A “build your own” salad display with all the fixings for our garden, caesar & choice of 1 seasonal salad.

Nacho Bar

A customizable combination of all the nacho favorites to top off your tortilla chips. Toppings of queso cheese, diced tomatoes, corn salsa, onions, olives, shredded lettuce, diced jalapenos, green peppers, sour cream, salsa & guacamole.

Mac & Cheese Bar

Choice of two proteins from our list of pulled pork, chicken, or chili. Serve up sides of broccoli, red and green onions, diced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh garlic, wilted spinach, bacon, buffalo sauce, pico, bleu cheese, ranch & an assortment of herbs.

Mashed Potato Bar

A station of our creamy garlic mashed potatoes with all the fixings to top it off: butter, sour cream, gravy, shredded cheese, bacon, broccoli, chives, diced jalapenos, red and green onion.

We offer Buffet dinner service for all meals. Each meal price includes choice of two entrees & three sides.

Additional protein/entree available for additional cost. Customized combinations of any meals available upon request.

Served with house BBQ sauce, coleslaw & half sour pickles.
